Outdoor Client Meetings
Every other Monday 2pm-4pm: Small group face to face classes in our outdoor pavilion (masks required). Spots are limited. Please Contact us to reserve your space.

Weekly Wellness Challenges
Weekly wellness challenge. With the help of the Doctor of Physical Therapy students at WCU, we have designed a series of videos for clients and caregivers of all ages. Contact us to be added to this challenge. This has been extended through January 1.
